Website Maintenance Schedule

Hello everyone,

Well the first part of the updates have been finished. The Primary Links have been consolidated down to keep the top of the page working right and in alignment.

The big new feature is the SITE MAP has been installed and is now operational. What the site map does is gives you ability to see or find any document on the website. It works just like the search function does but you see everything not just the search results. Some other features have also been installed and I am working to get them operation for everyone as soon as possible. One of the big one will be to allow Rick to upload documents to the site and not have to wait on me. LOL

Hope you enjoy it and please feel free to comment about or send me a email about it.

I am planning to try to do some upgrades to the website this weekend. Several behind the scenes features will be added to the site that I think will make the site run smoother and more effective as far as a communications tools.

We will be able to have videos, image gallery's and some upgraded forms to use.

Website Maintenance Schedule:

Thursday night the site will be going offline for about 15 to 20 minutes to install some software and increase the amount of RAM the system has to operate on from 16mb to 64mb which will help the system process requests better.

Friday night around midnight the site will be going offline for several hours - I will be making backups and installing new software on the server.

Saturday - Sunday the site will be down intermittently for a few days. I am going to be working on making a new layout for the site and updating permissions. With the new features of videos and image gallery's I have to write down exactly what needs to be done for Rick and make sure that he understands what to do.... so if his phone line is busy when he is not work.... It's my and he will be fussing at me. LOL

Anyway I hope everyone has had a great summer and I hope to have the upgrades done this weekend if not I will work on it during the week at late night.

Thanks Moe Brewer
