CQ World Wide DX SSB - Oct. 24 - 25
This coming weekend is the CQ World Wide DX Phone contest. Who all plans to participate? This is a prime opportunity to work some DX and have fun. The dates/times for the contest are 0000 UTC, October 24 through 2359 UTC, October 25, that would be 8:00pm EST on Oct 23rd - 7:59pm EST on Oct. 25th. The exchange is simple: Callsign, Signal Report, and CQ Zone. The bands to use are 160, 80, 40, 20, 15, and 10 meters.
The CW portion of the contest runs from 0000 UTC, November 28 through 2359 UTC, November 29.

Well another CQWW is in the bag. How did everyone do?
I ended up with 71 total contacts for a total of 12,480pts.

The CQ WW DX contest is in full swing. If you haven't yet, get in there and work some new DX. I've worked a good bit. 71 contacts total. Several new DX entities are in the log. I would highly suggest you get in there and see what you can work. 15 meters has been open like gangbusters.
